Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
- In their original, unopened packaging with all tags attached
- Unused and in perfect resalable condition
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
- Returned within 15 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened packages of Back to Wall Toilets and Close Coupled Toilets
- Used Shower and Toilet Doc M Packs
- Installed Bath Shower Mixer Taps or Bathroom Taps
- Custom-sized Shower Enclosures or Shower Panels
Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return request using the template below.
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Package Your Items: Securely repackage the products in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
- Ship Your Return: For non-faulty items, you’re responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service.
- Inspection & Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the items and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs vary based on your location and the size/weight of your bathroom products:
- Standard Returns: Customer pays return shipping (approximately £8-£15 for most bathroom accessories)
- Faulty Items: We cover return shipping costs – we’ll email you a prepaid return label
- Large Items: For shower enclosures or vanity units, contact us for special arrangements
Refund Timeline & Methods
Once we receive and approve your return:
- Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5 business days
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Note: Bank processing times may add 3-5 additional business days before the refund appears in your account
For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item once the return is received. Shipping times follow our standard delivery schedule.
