Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used Shower and Toilet Doc M Packs

  • Custom-sized Shower Enclosures or Shower Panels

  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

  • Clearly marked RMA number on the outside
